He previously revealed that he had a brain aneurysm and needed surgery.
Doctors have also found a second aneurysm, in addition to the one in his chest, which requires separate surgery.
Sandilands has also spoken about having very bad calcium buildup in the heart, which puts him at risk of having a heart attack.

Sandilands was absent from his radio show on Thursday and Friday, sparking concern among fans.
However, his co-host Jackie O reassured listeners that he was okay after he said on-air that he thought he may have had a stroke.
