Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has made a shocking confession, revealing she’s single and ready to mingle after months of silence on her love life. The 17 million-strong Instagram favourite has confirmed she’s back on the dating scene, and this time, she’s doing it her way.
In a candid interview, Hembrow admitted she’s “looking for her next crush” after filing for divorce from husband Matt Zukowski in June. The split came after just seven months of marriage, leaving fans stunned. Since then, Hembrow has been linked to Geelong AFL star Bailey Smith, but it seems those romance rumours have been well and truly shut down.
“The rumours are true, I’m officially in my new dating era, and yes, I’m on Tinder looking for my next crush,” Hembrow said, as she fronts the dating app’s latest campaign. “My dating life always seems to make headlines, but I think it’s time to remind everyone that dating should be fun.”
Hembrow’s partnership with Tinder’s Crushes campaign is all about reigniting the spark of modern dating, and the influencer is leaning into it. “I’m just seeing who’s out there and open to whatever comes next,” she said.

Despite her tough day, Hembrow admitted she’s doing really well post-break-up. “I feel lighter, just how much more like me. That is the key thing,” she said. “Every day, more and more like myself. Looking back now, it’s crazy how much I lost myself and just shrunk and shrunk and shrunk.”
