A teenage boy died after he was reportedly stabbed at a home in Narromine in western NSW on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of a stabbing.
When they arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy suffering from a stab wound to the neck.
He was then taken to the Dubbo Airport, but he died.
The incident was then investigated by local law enforcers.
A man was apprehended at a nearby residence and taken to the Dubbo Police Station to provide them with information.
