Three teenagers were rushed to hospital after they were hit by a car in Melbourne on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of a vehicle hitting students at a school.
A girl was reportedly taken to a children’s hospital with serious injuries.
A teenage boy with lower and upper-body injuries was taken to the Alfred hospital.
A second boy was treated at Box Hill Hospital for minor injuries.
The driver of the ute, who was identified as 44-year old David Williams, was assisting police with their inquiries.
A spokesperson for the Victoria Police said that a passenger of the vehicle who remained at the scene was still wanted.
The police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and provide information about the incident.
