According to his mother, Scarlett, the actor was walking with his colleague when he saw a man working on his vehicle.
He initially thought that the person was towing his car.
When the man looked back, he saw that he was armed, and he shot him. The suspects then ran away.
Responding paramedics took Wactor to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The hospital where he died released a statement regarding his death.
General Hospital stated that he was a “one-of-a-kind individual” who was a pleasure to work with.
