On her Instagram page, Lisa Wilkinson showed off her new hairstyle, which she claims hasn’t been seen since she joined the Today show.
The TV personality posted a picture of her new look on Monday afternoon. She captioned it, “Gone the chop.”
She added that she hadn’t had a short hairstyle since the very beginning of the Today show.
In her various posts on her Instagram page, she also included a picture of herself with her husband, Peter FitzSimons.
Her new look came after Bruce Lehrmann filed an appeal against her and Network 10.
He has listed down four grounds of appeal. One of these is his claim that the findings of Justice Lee, who was assigned to look into the matter of “justification,” were outside the scope of Ms Wilkinson and Network 10’s pleadings.
He also claims that the judge did not follow the Briginshaw principle when he made his conclusions.
The Briginshaw principle states that courts should make findings that are higher than those in other cases.
In the case of Mr. Lehrmann, Justice Lee ruled that he had a high probability of sexually assaulting Ms. Higgins on March 23, 2019, in Parliament House.
He continues to deny the allegation.
