The incident, which occurred in Perth, involved the death of a three-year old boy who fell from a moving vehicle.
According to the police, the child fell from the back of a station wagon in Dayton at around 3.50 pm.
The vehicle then ran over the child.
The police stated that the child died due to the injuries he sustained.
They are currently conducting an investigation and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
