Many celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio, have been linked to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ White Parties.
Recently, a photo of the Titanic star was shown alongside the rapper at a 1998 party, which prompted DiCaprio to distance himself from Combs.
Although the photo of the two stars was widely circulated decades ago, a source claimed that the two aren’t close friends.
According to the Daily Mail, a source claimed that DiCaprio has maintained a distance from Combs for years. In 2008, the actor attended Combs’ White Party at his East Hampton home.
The rapper stated that DiCaprio was the one who was invited to the event.
Besides DiCaprio, other A-list individuals who have been to Combs’ White Parties include Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey, and Usher.
An insider also claimed that DiCaprio had not been in touch with Combs for a long time. The two reportedly hung out at a party in 1998.
According to the source, the Catch Me If You Can singer never attended Combs’ parties and has nothing to do with the sex trafficking case that he’s been facing.
Combs was arrested last week on multiple charges, including sex trafficking. He’s currently being held at a Brooklyn, New York, detention center.
A source close to DiCaprio insisted that the actor has nothing to do with Combs’ White Parties. He reportedly attended a few of the events during the 2000s, but he has since moved past his wild ways.
The source also noted that DiCaprio was at the beginning of his career when the parties were held.
The source also noted that it’s ridiculous to think that DiCaprio would be linked to the sex trafficking case after seeing photos of him and Combs from the parties that were more than 20 years old.
The actor is currently focused on his career and has nothing to with the allegations surrounding Combs.
Despite his recent troubles, DiCaprio was reportedly enjoying his time at Combs’ 50th birthday party in 2019.
