Fatal Bus Crash Kills Runner in Perth Suburb

Tragedy has struck Perth’s southeast, leaving one man dead after a horrific bus crash on Tuesday morning.
The 65-year-old man was out jogging along Forest Lakes Drive in Thornlie when he was hit by a Transperth bus travelling along the road at 7:40 am.
Emergency services rushed the man to Fiona Stanley Hospital, but despite the best efforts of paramedics and medical staff, he could not be saved and sadly passed away in hospital.
WA Police are currently investigating the scene and are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
